"All I Do Is Win" by DJ Khaled (feat. T-Pain, Ludacris, Snoop Dogg & Rick Ross) - When Colt breaks into Tom Ryder's apartment, an instantly recognizable song from 2010 begins to play. This is where DJ Khaled's hit song "All I Do Is Win" is heard in The Fall Guy, as Colt accidentally turns on the house's sound system.
"I Believe in a Thing Called Love" by The Darkness - The Darkness is responsible for one of The Fall Guy's songs. "I Believe in a Thing Called Love" plays over a montage of Colt and Jody working on Metalstorm's big fight sequence.
"Genie in a Bottle" by Christina Aguilera - The Fall Guy's soundtrack does not include the official version of Christina Aguilera's song "Genie in a Bottle." Instead, the song is heard thanks to a karaoke night at a bar. It is the selection of Nigel, allowing Adam Dunn to sing a section of it.

Despite The Fall Guy being hyped as a love letter to stunt performers and focusing on big action sequences, there was a lot of effort put into this soundtrack for the movie. The Fall Guy really comes alive through the use of its varied song choices and it was the work of several members of the production that allowed for such an effective soundtrack. Several members of the team spoke to Variety about putting the soundtrack together, and music supervisor Rachel Levy ultimately credits director David Leitch’s love for music for much of the impact:
“If you look at his work from ‘Bullet Train’ to ‘Hobbs and Shaw,’ and ‘Deadpool,’ they have big musical moments with character.”
While there were a lot of memorable songs used in the movie, there were also some notable ones that were left on the cutting room floor. The biggest was the Alanis Morissette tune “You Oughta Know.” The song was initially meant to be the song that Jody sings in the karaoke bar, showcasing her anger and sadness about Colt apparently breaking another promise. After begging Morissette to allow the use of the song, the singer agreed, only for them to realize they needed to cut down the sequence and the song no longer fit.

There was also a lot of controversy surrounding the use of the Kiss song “I Was Made for Loving You”. Leitch came up with the use of the song himself, but he got a lot of pushback from many of his collaborators, including Ryan Gosling, and producer Kelly McCormick. However, when no other song seemed to fit, they tried out Leitch’s original choice and everyone agreed that it worked. In fact, it became something of a theme song for the movie and was incorporated into composer Dominic Lewis’ score for the movie. Leitch explained:
“What I liked about Kiss was it was crystallizing the tone of the movie for me, which was equal parts camp and cool.”

While that was the unofficial theme song for the movie, Blake Shelton was also recruited to perform an updated version of “Unknown Stuntman,” the theme from the 1980s Fall Guy TV show. Of course, one of the biggest names on the soundtrack is Taylor Swift, with the scene of Gosling listening to “All Too Well” in the car and crying being used heavily in the trailers for the movie. However, the team behind The Fall Guy insists the decision to include Swift on the soundtrack came before the wild reception of the Eras Tour.
