Autoprogrammer

Automated safety knife change carried out
from the front of the machine

Monitor instructions assist the operator during the knife change. The knife changing protection device provides highest safety standard for the operator. Chipping during knife change is no longer possible.

Centrally located greasing points for the total machine

Adjusting spindle

By means of the adjusting spindle the knife can be adjusted from the front up to the maximum knife grind. Placing paperstrips underneath the cutting stick is never required.

Safety

Cut release by a two-hand safety engagement. The downward movement of the knife is immediately stopped when one of the buttons is released. The new self-control safety light barrier operates fullyelectronically and is maintenancefree. It is constantly active and subject to a check before each cut. The mechanical safety bolt is an additional feature against the doublecycling of the knife. All machine functions are permanently monitored.

Malfunctions are described on the display. Unacceptable deviations are detected by encoder and limit switches. The machine will be disconnected immediately. Single-copy- or stacked material, i.e. paper, cardboard, felt, man-made material, metal foils, rubber, textiles and leather can be cut reliably. The material to be cut can be fed as single copy or stacked up to the maximum allowed pile height.
