Pile Hoists NUP / NUP L

Baumann offers several different variations of pile hoists. The general differences are discussed below. For specific technical data, please request a Spec Sheet from the Disgraf sales department.

NUP – Pile hoists with platform. Piles are lifted and lowered bydraulically. A double chain gurantees the highest possible security. The platform has got a bevelled front-edge so that even large formats can easily be loaded on to the platform by means of a pallet truck. An adjustable photo-cell verifies constantly that the otp of the pile remains always on working-height.

NUP L – Pile hoist with sheet aeration. A powerful low-pressure blower as well as broad air-nozzles ensure an intense aeration of the printed sheets. The air-nozzles can be adjusted individually. A pneumatically driven clamping bar fixes the sheets during the aeration process. The seration process increases the jogging efficiency by 20%.

NUP W – Pile hoist with adjustable angle-stop. Any material can be restacked exactly, disregarding the size of the pallet. Pile hoists with adjustable angle-stop are most suitable, whenever material is to be restacked manually, such as books, catalogues, etc.
